OUR HOME IN BARRIE
Escape Room Barrie started in 2016 as a small, family-run business with a big love for escape rooms. Our passion for puzzles and creating immersive experiences led us to build something special right here in the heart of our city. Every one of our escape rooms is dreamed up, puzzled out and hand-crafted by us, meaning you won’t find these unique adventures anywhere else!
After years of working in the escape room world, we know how to craft games that are challenging, engaging, and, most of all, fun! We design experiences with the goal of them being enjoyed by everyone of all ages!
Our players and community mean everything to us, and we are forever grateful for how we have been embraced and supported. As co-owner with his wife Kathryn, he brings creativity and skill to every set, puzzle and project. Every design is infused with his artistry and expertise. His energy fuels new ideas and ambitious goals.

A natural storyteller, Jay turns every escape into an adventure. His passion for film fuels his creativity and quick thinking. Friendly, dependable, and full of heart, his warmth and humor make him a cornerstone of the team.

Josee is the backbone of Escape Room Barrie. Known for her strong work ethic and sharp humor, she manages the team and keeps spirits high. Navigating chaos or resolving issues, she always keeps everything under control.

Kayla is equal parts detective and artist — pairing her forensic smarts with a flair for creativity. Organized, friendly, and quick to take charge, she brings both structure and sparkle to the team, as well as artistic skill and creativity.
