The Story

You wake up in an unfamiliar place with a foggy memory of how you got here. You recognize some familiar faces, but not your surroundings. You are stuck – chained to the wall. You slowly discover you have been taken Against Your Will to test your smarts and see if you have what it takes to be a part of some sort of “Intelligence Cleansing.” Someone thinks this world is falling apart and blames the unintelligent. One thing is for certain, whoever this sicko is, they have done this before and they aren’t playing games! Escape with your freedom or end up in the torture room…..forever!

To book your experience please review the calendar below and find a time that says book now below it. Click on that time and follow the instructions to pay by filling out the required fields. Each room has a minimum booking amount in order to hold the time slot for your team.

ARRIVE RIGHT ON TIME

Your game time starts 15 minutes after your booked time. Each timeslot is 75 minutes in order to give everyone enough time to get settled in and hear the rules. Each game is 60 minutes long.

Alcohol or other substances will inhibit your ability to play the game. We reserve the right to refuse anyone at the door deemed to be a danger to themselves or our equipment due to their intoxication.

We understand that mistakes happen when booking, which is why we send out a booking confirmation and a reminder, that includes the date and time you chose online. If an error has been made, just call us and we can fix it!

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please call us at 705-985-2528.

24 HOURS NOTICE: If you call to cancel or reschedule your booking more than 24 hours before your reserved game time, we can issue you a full refund, or transfer your deposit to a new date and time.

LESS THAN 24 HOURS: Cancellations or rescheduling is not permitted if requested within 24 hours of your scheduled start time. No refunds will be issued, and your deposit cannot be transferred to a new booking.

We require at least 24 hours as it allows others players enough time to book the time slot we have held for you. Thank you for your understanding and your support of small businesses!

Any applicable refunds will be issued the same day, but it may not show on your bank statement for 7-10 business days (depending on your bank).

Found this escape room in Barrie. The staff were so welcoming and warm, the overall experience was great. Our first time to bring the little ones, and they had so much fun! Definitely will come back!

We did the "Simcoe Arms Hotel" Escape Room. This is easily the BEST Escape Room experience in Barrie and on par with many of the high end Escape Rooms in the GTA. The owners are "escape room enthusiasts" who have done a great job designing a custom room that is well designed, challenging and fun. The owners work extra hard to give an excellent customer service experience so everyone is comfortable before it starts. Thus far, there's only one room but they're designing a second for late 2017 and hopefully going up to 4 rooms in total. This is a great team building event and well worth the drive to Barrie if you're coming from out of town. Update Oct 2018: We completed the second room which was just as impressive. The two rooms complement each other well with "Against" being a bit more adult and less linear.
